Winners of Beaumont People's Annual Awards 2021

Each year, we look forward to the Beaumont People Annual Conference, which usually involves the team going away for a few days. During this time, we celebrate the achievements of the past financial year, discuss future plans and goals, and bond through numerous team building activities. 


This year’s conference was held at Peppers Manor House, Southern Highlands, and had all the energy and joy that comes from celebrating wins, engaging in team workshops and enjoying a special guest speaker, this year being Carolyn Butler-Madden who spoke to us about meaningful purpose in the business.


We also take the time each year, to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond, recognising their achievements at our Annual Awards Night. Join us in our celebrations of this year's winners: 



Louise Roper, Principal Consultant  Louise received the Champion of Champions Award, the $4 Million Dollar Biller Award, and the Personal Achiever Award. Our Champion of Champions Award is one of our most prestigious awards, considering all areas of the recruitment process and recognising an individual's willingness to share knowledge and help others reach their full potential. This award acknowledges Louise’s outstanding work ethic, capability, and determination to achieve results, no matter the obstacles.


Rebecca Robinson, General Manager Northern Rivers – With the highest NPS score for candidates sitting at 89.5, Rebecca is an upbeat and positive member of our team who consistently provides exceptional service on behalf of Beaumont People. Rosheen Singh, Recruitment Manager for Fundraising and Marketing  Rosheen received the Top Biller Award and is a perfect example of how being an expert in your field attracts great work opportunities and great candidates. She makes managing a very successful team and recruiting for a very busy desk look easy as she also received the $2 Million Dollar Biller Award and the Personal Achiever Award. Liska Turner, Principal Executive Consultant in Charity – With a client NPS score of 92.3 for the year, Liska takes client service to the next level. We are honoured to have awarded Liska with the Client Service Excellence Award to recognise her dedication towards providing top service and the genuine enthusiasm and expertise in her work. She also received the $2 Million Dollar Biller Award and Personal Achiever Award in recognition of such a high performing financial year.


Chloe Barton, Senior Consultant  Chloe is an expert at staying current in her area of work and understanding the language and nuances of the portfolio industry. Because of this, she received the Industry Expert Award. Her intrinsic motivation to make a difference to people’s lives sees her also achieving the $1 Million Dollar Biller Award and the Personal Achiever Award. Lauren Rodwell, Senior Consultant  Lauren received both the $1 Million Dollar Biller Award and the Personal Achiever Award, which comes as no surprise as she is invigorated by a challenge. Lauren is always generous with her time and willing to share her wisdom and knowledge while growing her own desk, all while tackling the many challenges of COVID-19.


Victora Nankivell, General Manager Northern Rivers – Despite working through the challenges of COVID-19, Victoria was able to exceed her previous years’ billings and received the much-deserved Personal Achiever Award. Learn more about Victoria here


Rachel Hannah, Accounts  As a real backbone of Beaumont People and a wonderful personal support to so many, it was only natural to award Rachel with our Outstanding Support Person Award this year. Rachel has gone above and beyond during her time at Beaumont People and is always available for a kind word of support with a true interest in others’ welfare. Learn more about Rachel here

Summer Moon, Senior Associate Recruitment Consultant  Summer received the Rising Star Award. Like a duck to water, she embraced all the values of Beaumont People and is loved by all her candidates through her relationship building and nurturing. Learn more about Summer here


Toula Lambros, General Manager Recruitment Services  As someone who has shown up every day with relentless enthusiasm and positivity, Toula received the Outstanding Leadership Award. She always goes out of her way to make individuals feel special and cared for and has kept her team’s spirits high throughout the challenges of COVID-19. Rebecca Rynehart, General Manager Consulting – Rebecca has contributed in significant ways – to the business, to our clients and candidates, and to our team. Because of this, she received the Appreciation of Contribution Award. Katarina Di Costanzo, Senior Associate Recruitment Consultant Katarina received the Best New Starter Award. She has been a true stand out as someone brand new to recruitment. She not only had to learn a new sector but has also had to develop her skills working with multiple recruiters since joining the Beaumont team.


Kristina Lesko, Consultant – Kristina is not one to promote her own achievements but deserves all the recognition. This year, Kristina received the Quiet Achiever Award for her outstanding ability to manage big workloads, effortlessly. Learn more about Kristina here

Taylor Sharp, People and Culture Lead Our big award for the evening is one voted for by the entire Beaumont team. We vote for the person who has exhibited our values, Integrity, Excellence, Ambition, Collaboration, and Fun; Has also had an amazing year and has been a massive help and support. Transforming Leaders: Recipients Announced for "Let Them Know It's Christmas" Giveaway In the spirit of festive generosity, the "Let Them Know It's Christmas" Scholarship Giveaway concluded with tremendous success as we proudly announce the deserving recipients of a LEAD scholarship. This initiative aimed to spread joy and support future leaders. The organisations awarded scholarships are: AlphaSys Bangarra Dance Theatre Black Dog Institute CASPA CCNB CEDA (Committee for Economic Development of Australia) Diabetes Victoria HeartKids Human Nature LifeBridge Momentum Collective NDS Raise Foundation Red Kite Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO) Royal Far West Second Bite Spinal Cord Injuries Australia Story Factory. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the exceptional recipients of these scholarships.
