Meet the Team

Rebecca leads the Consulting Division, overseeing the delivery of products and services across the employment lifecycle, from attraction and development through to separation.

 

In this capacity, she ensures the Beaumont People team is equipped to support individuals and organisations in achieving sustained performance, capability growth, and long‑term workforce effectiveness.

 

Her 27 year professional background includes senior roles across business, brand, and professional development in the UK, EMEA, and ANZ. She has successfully led teams and businesses in multiple markets and her practitioner credentials in Coaching Psychology, Team Coaching, Human Skills assessments, and Career Coaching further reinforce her commitment to enhancing organisational and individual performance.

 

The Consulting Division also manages Beaumont People’s award‑winning LEAD Professional Development and Mentoring Program, established in 2017 this Leadership Development program attracts emerging and established leaders from a broad range of sectors and continues to expand in both scale and impact.
