Rebecca leads our Consulting Division, spearheading services in Coaching, Consulting, Professional Development, Assessments, and our highly sought-after Mentoring Programs. Her career history successfully leading teams and businesses in multiple continents coupled with her practitioner credentials in Coaching Psychology, Team Coaching, Strengths, Emotional Intelligence and Career Coaching showcase her commitment to the performance of individuals and organisations.

With a background in Marketing, she has over the years enjoyed working with multinational brands through the global network Omnicom before successful pivoting her focus to coaching and consulting both through her own practice and with Beaumont People. Rebecca has demonstrated lived leadership experience running teams, divisions and businesses and her entrepreneurship has seen her build and grow start-ups including an award winning Australian Creative Agency.​

Her career has seen her develop and deliver campaigns, content and training for the full spectrum of sectors in multiple continents including top tier brands such as Google and Telstra, Merlin Group, Nissan and Nike alongside Government Agencies, Charities and Not for Profits. Her own participation in senior management training includes Omnicom University which is considered one of the pre-eminent professional development programs within that industry and led by some of the most renowned professors from Harvard Business School.​

Regularly creating and delivering influential leadership content on critical topics such as self-awareness, psychological safety, effective team leadership, and executive presence, Rebecca actively engages in fostering systemic improvements within teams. In particular, by harnessing their strengths and EI, she facilitates enhanced collaboration, effective problem-solving, and goal attainment, fostering heightened engagement and productivity.​

Finally, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in developing and strategically overseeing our LEAD Professional Development and Mentoring Program, which attracts hundreds of participants from a wide array of sectors and continues to grow every year.
