Rebecca leads the Human Capital Consulting Division, overseeing the delivery of products and services for organisations across the employment lifecycle.

 

In this capacity, she ensures clients are equipped to support their individuals and teams in achieving sustained performance, capability growth, and workforce effectiveness.

 

Her 27-year professional background includes senior roles across business, brand, and professional development in the UK, EMEA, and ANZ. She has successfully led teams and businesses and her practitioner credentials in coaching psychology, team and systemic coaching, psychometrics, assessments, and leadership further reinforce her commitment to enhancing organisational and individual performance.

 

The Human Capital Consulting Division also manages Beaumont People’s award‑winning LEAD Professional Development and Mentoring Program, established in 2017 this Leadership Development program attracts emerging and established leaders from a broad range of sectors and continues to expand in both scale and impact.
