Taylor joined Beaumont People in 2019 as a Recruitment Consultant, and is now our organisations People & Culture Lead, as of 2021.

Her background prior to stepping up into her People & Culture Lead role, was working in external recruitment specialising in the Contact Centre & Sales industry. She has provided support and meaningful work to people within the industry for 6 + years.

Taylor is passionate about meaningful work and connecting people to their dream roles. Appearing on the Podcast: Interview Boss, she was given the name Corporate Cupid, (very fitting because that is exactly what she is!). Now she is Beaumont People’s very own “Corporate Cupid”!

As the People & Culture Lead, Taylor looks after our internal staff by providing support in our culture initiatives, recruitment, policies & procedures and much more.
