Previously, she led the in-house recruitment team of 18 direct reports at the University of Sydney; partnering with senior leadership to create, project manage and deliver talent acquisition initiatives across both senior academic and professional services appointments.

At the University of Sydney, Toula performed a secondment as Executive Manager of Alumni Relations where she gained experience in the fundraising and advancement portfolio. Her early career was in a range of Human Resources and Consulting roles within large and complex matrixed organisations. She has a reputation for quality, service excellence and strong values.

Toula is an alumna of The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Economics degree and postgraduate qualifications with High Distinction in Human Resources & Industrial Relations. She has also completed Executive Education at Oxford University.
