Jo Brown

General Manager | Partner, Executive Search

Jo joined Beaumont People in January 2012, and now has over 18 years' experience in Human Resources, recruitment and executive search, having worked with large corporates in both the UK and Australia.

Having developed the Associations & Membership team at Beaumont People in 2013, Jo is now the General Manager for the team. She is a people centred leader and speaker who is passionate about the membership sector and supports associations through national executive search projects, board consultation, and sector education. 

Jo is a natural communicator, strategic thinker, and enjoys guiding her clients through hiring challenges, drawing on her strong relationship skills, deep networks, and thoughtful candidate care.
