With over a decade of experience in recruitment, Melanie is a passionate and highly skilled consultant dedicated to supporting the charity and not-for-profit sector. Since joining Beaumont People in 2014, she has placed more than 2,000 candidates into temporary and contract roles across a wide range of organisations, helping to build capable, values-aligned teams that make a real difference.
Melanie specialises in recruitment across Business Support, Marketing, Fundraising, Events, and the many unique roles within the not-for-profit sector. Known for managing high-volume and fast paced recruitment as well the harder to fill roles with care and precision, she brings a deep understanding of the sector, a strong network, and a people-first approach that ensures every placement is thoughtful and well-matched.
