Victoria spent her early career practising as a lawyer back in the UK. Upon arriving in Sydney in 2008 she decided that she wanted to pursue a career within the recruitment industry with a focus on office support. After 3 years she decided to take her knowledge in recruitment and join Beaumont People in the NFP team to fulfil her need to give back to the community and add value in an area that she believes in.

Having been with Beaumont for over 10 years, Victoria has extensive experience across commercial and charity clients, moving internally to focus Servicing Northern Rivers, Queensland and Melbourne clients

 

Victoria works collaboratively with her clients ensuring that the recruitment and matching process fulfils the culture and values of the organisation and its business objectives. Victoria has a thorough and honest approach focussing on trust and transparency allowing her to make sure the match for both candidates and clients is in line with their expectations.
