Terms & Conditions - LEAD Mentor 25% Offer

1. Eligibility

  • This offer is exclusively available to individuals recorded by Beaumont People as mentors of the LEAD Mentoring and Professional Development Program (“Eligible Mentors”). A mentor is defined as someone who has previously been matched with a mentee and participated in the program, is currently matched with a mentee, or is matched with a mentee during the promotional period commencing 21 November 2025, ending 11:59 pm AEDT on 12 January 2026.
  • The discount may be redeemed by the Eligible Mentor or gifted to one other individual nominated by the mentor. The mentor can request a unique code before 11:59 pm AEDT on 12 January 2026, which can then be redeemed by them, or by someone nominated by them, by quoting the code at enrolment.

2. Offer details

  • Eligible Mentors receive 25% off the standard price of the LEAD Program (Foundation or Advanced). Discounted prices for 2026 intakes are:
  • Foundation: $1,031.25 inc GST (saving $343.75 off the standard $1,375 inc GST / $1,250 + GST)
  • Advanced: $1,645.88 inc GST (saving $548.63 off the standard $2,194.50 inc GST / $1,995 + GST)
  • Prices above reflect the mentor offer and cannot be combined with any other discounts (e.g. charitable organisation or team rates).

3. Redemption

  • To redeem this offer, Eligible Mentors must complete the designated form or contact Beaumont People at coaching@beaumontpeople.com.au by 11:59 pm AEDT on 12 January 2026.
  • The discounted place can be applied to any LEAD Foundation or Advanced program intake commencing on or before 15 February 2026.
  • The discount must be applied at the time of enrolment and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • For the purposes of this offer, “enrolment” is defined as the process of purchasing a place on LEAD.

4. Limitations

  • This offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other services.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  • A maximum of one discounted place per mentor applies.
  • Each mentor discount may only be used by the Eligible Mentor or gifted to a nominated recipient, who must quote the unique code when purchasing a place.

5. Exclusions

  • This offer applies only to the LEAD Foundation and LEAD Advanced programs.
  • It does not include any additional services, materials, or expenses outside the standard program scope.

6. Changes & cancellation

  • Beaumont People reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
  • Any changes will not affect discounts already applied to confirmed enrolments made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
