What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Pick and pack orders with precision—set the standard for quality
- Prioritise tasks and maintain smooth workflow throughout the day
- Collaborate with management to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stocktakes
- Motivate and guide team members to foster a positive, productive environment
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Champion health and safety standards across all activities
- Proven experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally in a leadership role
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable leading by example in a hands-on role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Clear communication and a team-first mindset
- Forklift license (LF) is essential
- Experience with RF scanning and WMS is a bonus
