About the role:
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including planning, freight, and communication to the team and our customers
- Coordinate daily activities such as picking and packing outbound orders, receiving and storing goods and managing inventory levels.
- Identify/evaluate/resolve transactional & system issues
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policies/Human Resources Policies.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the distribution centre, meeting business-critical KPIs.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Previous experience in apparel warehousing (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated sound computer skills & experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to identify and communicate desired business initiatives.
