About the role
We’re looking for someone who can own video content from start to finish (and also help us get better at how we produce it.)

This isn’t just an editing role. You’ll be involved from idea through to delivery, working on both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (social, fundraising) content.

At the same time, we want someone who can step back, spot what’s not working, and improve it - whether that’s better templates, clearer processes, or smarter use of tools.

What you’ll be doing
  • Plan, script, shoot, edit and deliver video content
  • Create both long-form and short-form videos
  • Take rough ideas and turn them into finished content
  • Look at how we currently work and identify what could be improved
  • Build simple, repeatable systems and templates
  • Help us work more efficiently (including using AI where it makes sense)
  • Support scaling content across different platforms
About you
  • 5+ years’ experience in video production or content creation
  • Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Able to take ownership of a project and run with it
  • Comfortable thinking beyond just editing — you care about how things perform
  • Have improved workflows, systems or ways of working before
  • Understand what works on YouTube and social platforms
  • Practical, problem-solving mindset — you’re someone who figures things out and follows through
Why join us?
  • You’ll have real ownership over both content and how it gets produced
  • Room to shape how the team works, not just execute tasks
  • Opportunity to try new tools and approaches
