This is a hands-on Operations Lead role where you will drive the day-to-day delivery of the Victorian program.
You’ll play a key role in program coordination, Salesforce CRM management, stakeholder communications, and event delivery , while supporting a broader national operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, systems-driven environments and enjoys improving processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM , ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Coordinate end-to-end program operations (applications, placements, training)
- Act as the main contact for participants and partner organisations
- Manage stakeholder communications including enquiries and updates
- Plan and deliver training sessions and events (11 annually)
- Support ongoing CRM and systems improvements
- Collaborate with national teams to ensure consistent processes
- 3–5+ years’ experience in operations, program coordination, or project support
- Strong Salesforce or CRM experience (essential)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in not-for-profit or purpose-led organisations
- Exposure to CRM implementation or digital transformation
- Event coordination or training logistics experience
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint or Dropbox
