Beaumont People are looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join the dynamic Colourworks sales team and help expand market share in the printer and managed print solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed targets
- Prospect and secure new business across Northern Rivers
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Provide expert advice on printers, copiers, and managed print services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
- A proven track record in B2B sales is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms
- A growth mindset and a drive to continuously improve
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory
