Beaumont People are seeking experienced customer service candidates and administrators in and around the Sydney CBD.

We are looking for well-presented and hard-working candidates with strong communication skills to work in a wide range of not-for-profit organisations.
 
You will be responsible for processing and receipting charitable donations, building relationships with donors, and providing other administrative support, maintaining and enhancing the donor database, and supporting amazing teams. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly to manage all enquiries
  • Build engagement and rapport on the phone
  • Listen, thank and save regular donors
  • Capture donor information accurately in the database
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • Supporting the wider team.
We're looking for: 
  • Previous experience in a not-for-profit donor care role or customer service role 
  • Strong customer service focus 
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • High level interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently within in a small team
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to commit to 3-6 month assignments.
