- $35 per hour + super per hour
- Part time & full time roles
- Assignments from 4-6 weeks
- Onsite, in office
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Front desk reception and client greeting
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing appointments and calendars
- Data entry and database management
- General administrative support
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Previous reception and/or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office systems
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Professional presentation and reliable attendance
- Availability for short-term assignments (4-5 weeks in length)
