Are you an experienced IT professional with a knack for innovation and problem-solving? We’re on the lookout for two skilled Technology Officers to join our client’s Technology and Information team on a 3 month contract basis.
In this key role, you’ll deliver expert-level technical support and help develop and maintain digital infrastructure and cloud-based services. You'll contribute to critical technology initiatives that support the entire organisation, ensuring smooth operations and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level (Level 2-3) technical support and resolve complex IT issues
- Design, implement, and manage cloud and digital infrastructure
- Administer Microsoft platforms including Azure, Windows Servers, O365, SQL Server, and desktop OS
- Support virtualisation, WANs, SAN storage, networking, backups, and firewalls
- Participate in IT projects—from planning and implementation to documentation and training
- Support ITIL-based processes and promote continuous improvement
- Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes
- Relevant IT qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Proven experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, O365, Windows Server, SQL Server)
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualisation, and networking
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and customer service
