About the role:
  
Reporting to the Manager Operations Support, you will have the opportunity to improve people’s lives by providing professional and quality customer service to both internal customers and external customers and stakeholders.
  
In this role you will also have the opportunity to support strategic and operational goals, by participating in projects and other tasks that support the delivery of CWH’s strategic objectives and your own personal development.
  • Support customer service by providing support in responding to stakeholder enquiries or requests and/or directing them to the relevant team member for effective resolution.
  • Support the organisation in operating effectively by providing operations support to all teams including Housing Services, Asset Management, Finance and Development teams as required.
  • Support the company’s financial goals by raising purchase orders, managing expenses and assisting with quarterly water billing.
  • Support the Manager Operations Support in maintaining efficient business operations by managing staff and office supplies, providing back up support on IT and SAP issues. Coordinate staff events, meetings, travel, and training that demonstrates the organisation’s investment in its people. 
The ideal applicant:
  
Alongside the relevant skills and experience, you will have a connection to the cause and mission of City West Housing – applicants from the private sector with a passion for meaningful work are also welcome.
  • Cert III in Administration or equivalent experience supporting operations teams and providing consistent, high-quality customer service to complex and/or disadvantaged customers.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing demands.
  • Experience in community housing, social housing or private real estate/property desired, however not essential.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
