A well-established, values-driven organisation in the community services sector is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Corporate Services team on a part-time basis. With a strong focus on inclusion and support for vulnerable communities, this organisation is experiencing steady growth and is looking for someone to help attract and secure talent across their expanding workforce.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong end-to-end recruitment experience and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, interviewing, compliance, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and implement tailored recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source candidates and maintain talent pipelines for key roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate with HR and marketing teams
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reporting and insights
What You’ll Bring:
  • More than 5 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or internal), ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across various role types and seniority levels
  • Experience using recruitment systems and tools
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and outcomes
Desirable:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of the disability, community, or healthcare sector
  • Experience and understanding of NDIS
