Join a fun, fast-paced, and well-known organisation as an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor! This temporary opportunity offers an immediate start and the potential to go permanent for the right person. You’ll be working full-time until at least 19 December 2025.
  • Full time Hours, Monday to Friday, potential for 4 days. 
  • Immediate Start, temporary role with potential for permanency. 
  • Byron Bay or Gold Coast, On-site. 
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key role in end-to-end recruitment, strategic sourcing, and talent pipeline development to attract and secure top talent across the organisation.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles using recruitment software systems
  • Execute strategic sourcing and head-hunting strategies to identify high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future business needs
  • Write and post engaging job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate fit
  • Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Support continuous improvement across recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Champion the company’s culture and EVP through every candidate interaction
What you’ll bring:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, head-hunting, and talent pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate care skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using recruitment and HRIS platforms (e.g. Scout Talent, Employment Hero, Workday)
