- Full time Hours, Monday to Friday, potential for 4 days.
- Immediate Start, temporary role with potential for permanency.
- Byron Bay or Gold Coast, On-site.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles using recruitment software systems
- Execute strategic sourcing and head-hunting strategies to identify high-quality candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future business needs
- Write and post engaging job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate fit
- Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Support continuous improvement across recruitment and onboarding processes
- Champion the company’s culture and EVP through every candidate interaction
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar internal recruitment or talent acquisition role
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, head-hunting, and talent pipeline management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate care skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruitment and HRIS platforms (e.g. Scout Talent, Employment Hero, Workday)
