We are seeking a Supporter Care Coordinator to join a well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in North Sydney . About the Role
As the first point of contact for donors and supporters, you'll play a vital role in delivering a positive supporter experience while providing essential administrative support to the fundraising team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound phone and email enquiries from donors and supporters
- Conducting outbound follow-up communications
- Making welcome calls to new supporters and donors
- Processing donations and receipting
- Preparing and sending thank you letters, welcome packs and supporter communications
- Maintaining accurate supporter records and database updates
- Supporting day-to-day administration within the fundraising team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, supporter care, fundraising administration or a similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A warm, professional and empathetic approach when dealing with supporters
- Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM databases, with Raiser's Edge experience highly desirable
