What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting Implementation: Help the charity transition from their previous HR system to SuccessFactors, providing expertise, guidance, and hands-on support throughout the implementation process.
- Data Management: Maintain master people data accuracy and integrity. Manage permissions, access, and system settings for People & Culture users.
- Functional Management: Update HRIS process flows, ensure workflows are efficient, and support system upgrades, enhancements, and new modules.
- HRIS Projects & Integrations: Take the lead on HRIS team projects, including executing testing, data loads, and integrations. Configure and implement business process upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation, and ensure system performance aligns with business objectives.
- Process Control & Continuous Improvement: Design intuitive processes, create user guides, and build leader dashboards and reports to deliver real-time insights.
- Experienced with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and reporting.
- Skilled at testing, data validation, and HRIS project execution.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical systems into simple, user-friendly guidance.
