Join a respected not-for-profit professional body representing the stockbroking and investment advice industry in Australia. This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, who enjoys supporting education and membership services in a small, collaborative team environment.
As Student Services Coordinator, you’ll provide key support to the Education & Operations Manager and assist in the delivery of accreditation and education-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate student exams, manage tracking spreadsheets, and issue confirmation and result emails
- Administer assignment distribution to assessors and notify students of outcomes
- Maintain and update CRM, LMS, and exam tracking systems with student progress and certification details
- Manage multiple shared inboxes, responding to student queries and processing extension requests
- Issue monthly student certificates and ensure accurate email filing and documentation
- Support webinar setup and delivery in Zoom, including registration, quizzes, and evaluation reporting
- Perform general admin tasks including front-line phone support and data aggregation for reports
- Prior experience in student services, education coordination, or similar admin-heavy roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using CRMs
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Well-organised and confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and adaptable within a small team setting
