Meal Coordination
- Manage ordering, delivery, and storage of meals in line with demand and supplier agreements
- Adjust meal services based on client needs
- Review menu cycles and ensure cost effectiveness
- Schedule and coordinate volunteers across delivery locations
- Manage daily rosters for meal delivery, kitchen duties, and client support
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance to volunteers
- Maintain positive team engagement and address any performance concerns
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries
- Manage referrals, assess client needs, and coordinate service commencement
- Conduct client onboarding and ensure understanding of services
- Record and manage feedback, complaints, and resolutions appropriately
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards
- Maintain compliance with food safety and organisational policies
- Prepare reports and contribute to regular service reviews
- Maintain accurate client and volunteer records
- Coordinate payments, receipts, and financial reconciliation
- Manage volunteer screening and compliance requirements

Key Skills & Experience
- Experience coordinating frontline services, ideally in a community or not-for-profit setting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general technology
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with government-funded programs (e.g. aged care or disability services)
- Previous experience working with volunteers
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check or relevant screening clearance
