About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Area Manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of regional service delivery. This includes coordinating volunteers, managing meal logistics, client onboarding and support, compliance with food safety and WHS standards, and administrative reporting.

Please note, this is 7-month contract covering a period of leave within the team. You must be available to start by mid-late June.

To be successful you will have:
  • Experience in an administration coordination role ideally within the aged or community services sector although open to other industries.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach to managing diverse tasks.
  • Confidence using computer systems and managing basic finances.
  • Experience working with volunteers and building positive relationships is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and support volunteers across locations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage meal logistics and coordinate supply with providers based on client needs and demand.
  • Liaise directly with clients and referral sources; conduct inductions and onboard new clients.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies, WHS, and food safety regulations.
  • Handle administrative duties including payment processing, reporting, and recordkeeping.
