This is a technical systems role focused on SAP SuccessFactors. It sits within the People and Culture team and will focus on system configuration, integrations and supporting and improving business as usual system activity.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, specialist people systems function and make a genuine impact. You will work closely with an experienced, small systems team, alongside Payroll, ICT and external implementation partners.
SAP SuccessFactors was implemented two years ago, and the organisation is now moving into a strong optimisation phase. There is a clear focus on improving system capability, automating processes and embedding best practice following the upcoming payroll integration.
We are looking for a People Systems and Analytics Specialist
to take ownership of their SAP SuccessFactors platform and workforce data. This role sits at the intersection of HR, systems, and insight, helping the organisation make smarter, evidence-based decisions about its people.
You will work closely with stakeholders across HR and the business to ensure SuccessFactors is well configured, easy to use, and delivering real value. You will also bring workforce data to life through reporting, dashboards, and insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing administration, configuration and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the platform meets business needs and supports strategic priorities
- Partner with ICT and external vendors to deliver system improvements, including module implementation, upgrades, integrations and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP and third party providers to stay current on system capabilities, improvements and best practice
- Collect, analyse and interpret workforce data to generate insights that inform workforce planning and business decision making
- Develop and deliver dashboards, reports and regular executive reporting packs covering key people metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity and performance
- Ensure data accuracy, governance and compliance by maintaining robust reporting processes and supporting audit, risk and regulatory requirements
- Hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential
- Strong experience with Employee Central
- Exposure to Recruitment and Onboarding modules
- Comfortable with system configuration and understanding downstream impacts
- Experience working with system integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
