As Senior Campaigns Executive , you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting supporters to this mission, delivering thoughtful, insight-led fundraising campaigns that deepen donor relationships and deliver sustainable income growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced marketer or fundraiser who enjoys campaign ownership, strong collaboration, and using data and storytelling to create impact.
About the role
Reporting to the Donor Experience Manager , the Senior Campaigns Executive is responsible for delivering multi-channel donor campaigns (with a strong digital focus) that drive acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
Working closely with internal colleagues and external partners, you’ll plan, execute and optimise fundraising activity across appeals, regular giving and raffles, ensuring a consistent, engaging donor experience at every touchpoint.
This nine-month fixed-term contract is well suited to someone who enjoys stepping in, quickly building momentum, and delivering outcomes during a defined and purposeful period.
Key responsibilities
- Designing and delivering integrated donor acquisition and development campaigns
- Managing multi-channel fundraising activity across digital, email, direct marketing and more
- Segmenting audiences and tailoring communications to maximise donor engagement and lifetime value
- Writing and overseeing the development of compelling campaign copy, donor journeys, onboarding and stewardship communications
- Managing donor welcome and retention journeys, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy and improve ROI
- Using CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred) to inform decision-making
About you
You’re a confident and capable campaigns professional who brings both strategic thinking and practical delivery. You enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly to connect donors to purpose.
You will bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in donor development, direct marketing, fundraising or similar roles
- Demonstrated success delivering digital and multi-channel fundraising campaigns
- Strong skills in campaign planning, donor segmentation and targeting
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
- Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience will be highly regarded)
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- A flexible, solutions-focused mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
