About the Role:
In this varied and rewarding role, you will act as a key support point for member organisations, providing guidance, responding to enquiries and supporting them to meet operational and compliance requirements.
You will be involved in:
  • Member advisory and day-to-day support
  • Supporting training delivery (online and face-to-face)
  • Updating resources and policies
  • On-site visits across metro and regional locations
Please note: This is 12-month contract commencing early July.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to member organisations
  • Respond to queries on aged care compliance, My Aged Care, reporting and governance
  • Support and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops
  • Assist with updating policies, procedures, and member resources
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Undertake travel to member sites across the state
To be successful you will ideally have:
  • Experience in Aged Care, Disability, Community or Health Services
  • Strong administration skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders and supporting or delivering training
