About the Role:
In this varied and rewarding role, you will act as a key support point for member organisations, providing guidance, responding to enquiries and supporting them to meet operational and compliance requirements.
You will be involved in:
- Member advisory and day-to-day support
- Supporting training delivery (online and face-to-face)
- Updating resources and policies
- On-site visits across metro and regional locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and advice to member organisations
- Respond to queries on aged care compliance, My Aged Care, reporting and governance
- Support and deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops
- Assist with updating policies, procedures, and member resources
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Undertake travel to member sites across the state
- Experience in Aged Care, Disability, Community or Health Services
- Strong administration skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence engaging stakeholders and supporting or delivering training
