A large not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Specialist to join their Data & Technology Team, focused on enabling data-driven fundraising, marketing, and donor engagement through smart systems and insights.
In this role, you’ll support the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, helping to create impactful donor journeys, sophisticated segmentation strategies, and actionable marketing analytics.
What you’ll do:
- Configure and enhance Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio
- Build and automate personalised donor journeys and lifecycle campaigns
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and marketing performance dashboards
- Assist with the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud to create unified donor profiles
- Ensure seamless data integration and testing across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CRM platforms
- 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) highly desirable
- Experience with journey design, dynamic content, AMPscript/SQL, and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing with CRM systems
- SFMC certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams
