About the role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to be the operational backbone supporting they Key Account Manager. In this role, you’ll help deliver exceptional service to Pulse's of our flagship customers, a national chain of Big Box gyms. From concept through to delivery, you’ll coordinate product development, communication, and logistics to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in apparel or merchandise coordination who enjoys being across every stage of the process, from design and production to logistics and delivery. You’ll be organised and detail-focused, but also a strong communicator who can build great relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Key Account Manager with day-to-day coordination of the account and related projects.
- Manage scheduling, client communications, and preparation of reports.
- Maintain sales databases, track metrics, and generate account. performance reports.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure product development and delivery stays on track.
- Monitor inventory, manage order logistics, and oversee shipments to meet client deadlines.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial tracking using tools like Xero.
- Experience in merchandise coordination, account support, or supply chain management (preferably in apparel or accessories).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with offshore production and international freight processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Xero, Monday.com, and other project or finance management platforms.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
