The Role:
This 3-week temporary assignment offers a preferred immediate start, with working hours Monday to Thursday, 9am – 4:30pm .
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and warmly greeting visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Handling general administrative duties
- Providing support to the wider team
- Maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment
- Previous experience in reception or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
