The Role
You will be responsible for providing front-of-house support while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the front desk  
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Managing meeting rooms, scheduling, and office coordination
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations
About You
  • Previous experience in a reception, admin, or office support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
