You will be responsible for providing front-of-house support while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the front desk
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Managing meeting rooms, scheduling, and office coordination
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Previous experience in a reception, admin, or office support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanour
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Start date: Friday, 12th June (handover day)
- Duration: 9 weeks
- Days: Monday – Thursday
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Location: Conveniently located near Central Station
