Position Objectives
Improve people’s lives by supporting the delivery of key internal Housing and Community Engagement projects. Liaise with internal and external stakeholder groups and work closely with the Head of Housing and Community Engagement and colleagues to ensure successful implementation of new business systems and processes to enable organisational growth.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in Community Housing (or similar) improving systems and processes from end-to-end. You will have experience facilitating training or information workshops or the like and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

- Ensure consistent and accurate resident data is captured and provided to Homes NSW and the Housing Australia Future Fund reporting systems, and community impacts are measured and communicated
- Develop new internal processes and frameworks to ensure organisational readiness for growth at scale
- Be the face of process and system improvements, including communication, training and implementation
- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure collaborative and sustainable approaches to engagement, maximise resident satisfaction, and identify opportunities to enhance quality of living and overall resident satisfaction
