Based in Pyrmont, CWH are the only affordable housing provider in New South Wales delivering the full spectrum of services from new housing development to tenancy management and community engagement.
  
Purpose of the Role:
   
As the Project Officer, you will contribute to improving people’s lives by supporting the delivery of key internal Housing Services and Community Engagement projects. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the Head of Housing & Community Engagement to ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes, modelling customer service excellence.
   
The responsibilities of the role include:
  • Support key projects including systems, processes, and organisational growth
  • Implement improvements to Housing Services and Community Engagement processes
  • Serve as Stream Lead or assist with transformation projects
  • Support data analysis aligned with KPIs
  • Ensure accurate resident data for Homes NSW and Housing Australia Future Fund
  • Coordinate monthly reporting
  • Lead the biennial Tenant Satisfaction Survey
About you
  • Experience in Community Housing or similar for-purpose industry
  • Experience delivering continuous improvement and strategic projects
  • Able to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Works independently, shows initiative, and solves issues proactively
