Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager will provide project coordination and delivery support across multiple organisational change and restructure initiatives.
They will support workforce change and restructure activities, including consultation and implementation coordination.
Key outcomes and deliverables:
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects, ideally involving organisational change or restructures
- Effective at collaborative problem solving, agile, with a strong bias for action.
- Demonstrated experience in creating concise project documentation (emphasis on pragmatism and brevity, pace - not volume), managing project timelines and dependencies, and preparing highly summarised reporting at pace (weekly) for Executive briefing.
- Strong coordination, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in complex, multiโstakeholder environments (NFP, health, community services, government or similar highly regulated sectors advantageous).
- Previously worked within Health, NFP, Child Youth & Family or Housing sectors.
- A positive, canโdo attitude and a proactive approach, with a willingness to support the wider team.
- An engaged, collaborative and approachable style that contributes to a positive office culture.
- Confidence to take ownership of tasks and work independently, while being comfortable asking questions or seeking guidance when needed.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fastโpaced environment.
- Experience within a membershipโbased organisation is highly desirable.
