A leading national aged care organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager - Data and Digital to deliver key initiatives under a flagship innovation program. This role is focused on advancing aged care through transformative technology, digital capability uplift, and sector-wide engagement.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Innovation, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering high-impact, funded innovation projects that support digital transformation across the aged care sector. You’ll lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, pilot implementation, and evaluation - ensuring outcomes align with both funding expectations and sector needs.
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic thinking, digital enablement, and collaborative delivery.

You’ll lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, pilot implementation, and evaluation - ensuring outcomes align with both funding expectations and sector needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of digital and data-focused projects from concept to completion
- Engage with aged care providers, government stakeholders, and technology partners
- Develop and implement digital maturity tools, resources, and strategies
- Run workshops, support pilot programs, and consult across the sector
- Analyse stakeholder feedback and data to inform and refine transformation initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, policy, and service delivery
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes and insights
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Data Science, IT, Business, Digital Strategy)
- Significant project management experience in digital or data-led projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
- Ability to quickly understand sector context and translate strategy into action
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting skills
- Experience in aged care, health, or community services is highly regarded
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Willingness to obtain a police check
