As a Project Learning Partner, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of learning initiatives to support the launch and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across a leading Not-for-Profit.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective training programs to ensure the smooth adoption of a new system on an organisation-wide scale.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to facilitate a smooth transition to a new system.
- Create and maintain a communications plan to keep stakeholders well informed about training and expectations around attendance.
- Develop training strategies and deliver content to stakeholders at all levels.
- Actively engage and communicate with stakeholders to minimise resistance to change.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Proven experience in the delivery of training projects to support project implementation
- Experience in creating and delivering learning content
- Experience delivering projects to a diverse workforce
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
