This role focuses on system configuration, data migration, and financial process support within the Epicor ERP environment. While the position sits within the finance function, it is well suited to someone with strong project, systems, and data capabilities — formal accounting qualifications are not essential.
The Role Working closely with stakeholders across finance and systems, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Epicor system configuration and data migration activities
- Supporting financial management systems and managing data flows across reporting platforms
- Participating in workshops relating to financial processes and policies
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for financial systems and new processes
- Building system and financial reports to meet business requirements
- Reviewing and documenting financial policies and procedures
- Providing accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements
- Experience in a Project Accountant, finance systems, or project support role
- Strong exposure to financial or ERP systems (Epicor experience highly regarded)
- Experience with data migration, system implementations, or system upgrades
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work across teams
