This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility. You will spend around 60% of your time managing NSW and QLD operations and 40% overseeing the national program lifecycle across NSW, VIC and QLD.

The role
Reporting to the CEO, this is a critical role that combines national program oversight with hands‑on operational execution.
You will:
- Own the national program timetable and critical path across three states
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery nationally
- Directly manage all operational aspects of the NSW and Queensland programs
- Oversee systems, data, reporting and CRM integrity
- Support events, training, stakeholder communications and partnerships
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the national program lifecycle and critical dates
- Monitor delivery quality and identify risks or bottlenecks early
- Ensure cross‑state consistency in processes and participant experience
- Coordinate with national partners and key stakeholders
- Support end‑to‑end application and assessment processes
- Manage candidate workflows, communications and status tracking
- Oversee compliance checks and documentation
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce
- Support interview, matching, offer and placement processes
- Coordinate with corporate partners on submissions, reporting and invoicing
- Manage logistics for events, training and program launches
- Liaise with training providers and guest speakers
- Prepare and distribute program materials
- Collect and analyse feedback and manage alumni transition activities
- Support website updates and system integrations
- Produce diversity and impact metrics as required
- At least 5 years’ experience in program or project management
- Strong Salesforce or CRM experience (essential)
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Event and stakeholder coordination experience
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Confidence working independently and taking initiative
- Clear, professional communication skills
