  • Directly manage all operational aspects of the NSW and Queensland programs
  • Oversee systems, data, reporting and CRM integrity
  • Support events, training, stakeholder communications and partnerships
This role sits at the centre of their organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, the NSW/QLD Program Lead, and Victorian program leads to ensure programs run smoothly and on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the national program lifecycle and critical dates
  • Monitor delivery quality and identify risks or bottlenecks early
  • Ensure cross‑state consistency in processes and participant experience
  • Coordinate with national partners and key stakeholders
  • Support end‑to‑end application and assessment processes
  • Manage candidate workflows, communications and status tracking
  • Oversee compliance checks and documentation
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce
  • Support interview, matching, offer and placement processes

  • Manage logistics for events, training and program launches
  • Liaise with training providers and guest speakers
  • Prepare and distribute program materials
  • Collect and analyse feedback and manage alumni transition activities
  • Support website updates and system integrations
  • Produce diversity and impact metrics as required
About you
  • At least 5 years’ experience in program or project management
  • Strong Salesforce or CRM experience (essential)
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Event and stakeholder coordination experience
  • High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
  • Confidence working independently and taking initiative
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
Highly regarded
  • Experience in the non‑profit or governance sector
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or system change
  • Background in training or education coordination
What’s on offer
  • Purpose‑driven work  supporting diverse emerging leaders
  • A dual‑mandate role  with both operational ownership and national oversight
  • A systems‑driven environment  with genuine scope to improve and optimise
  • A small, collaborative team  where your work is visible and valued
