We are collaborating with Australia’s first Christian art college that is a leader in the Arts and Education sectors. Offering a world-class academic experience with industry experts, we are looking for a Professional Experiences Coordinator to join their dynamic and inclusive environment. This role will ensure student placements are managed efficiently, providing a positive experience for both students and staff, while supporting the Manager of Student Placements and students in placement units.

This role will ensure student placements are managed efficiently, providing a positive experience for both students and staff, while supporting the Manager of Student Placements and students in placement units.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with schools, agencies, institutions, and private education service providers to establish new placement opportunities.
- Maintain a register of placement partnerships and track student allocations and progress.
- Oversee the processing of end-of-placement reports and logbooks.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with site management.
- Organise annual appreciation visits and events.
About You:
- Degree level qualification in Teaching, or combination of Certificate level qualification and significant experience years).
- Experience in higher education setting would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking abilities, with expertise in analysing, summarizing, and presenting data.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Supportive of the faith-based ethos of the College.
