Housing Hub are proudly Australia's leading accessible housing organisation, dedicated to creating positive social change by helping people with disability find suitable housing and access a variety of support options. They also provide consulting services which build the knowledge and capacity of disability housing and service providers and professionals who work within the NDIS. Through this work, Housing Hub contribute to the efficient operation of the disability housing market, whilst ensuring that people with disability live well in the community and have control over where, how and with whom they live.
The Role – Product Manager, Consulting Service
Our client, The Housing Hub, is seeking a Product Manager: Consulting Service to lead the strategic and operational delivery of its consulting offerings. This role forms a key part of the Housing Hub’s operational leadership team and supports disability housing and service providers within the NDIS, aiming to build sector capacity and improve outcomes for people with disability. As part of the operational leadership team, the Product Manager will oversee service design, business development, and performance management, while ensuring that new business and revenue targets are met for this service.

- Lead and refine the consulting product strategy to ensure high-quality, impactful service delivery.
- Develop innovative consulting offerings that meet client needs and support financial sustainability.
- Maintain the service roadmap, strategy, and tools, including program logic and risk frameworks.
- Strengthen the value proposition for providers, aligning with broader Housing Hub offerings.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through targeted pitches and partnerships.
- Work with the business development team to promote and integrate service enhancements.
- Build sector relationships and adapt the service to align with changing policy and market needs.
- Support the Housing Options Program, embedding its success across Housing Hub operations.
- Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or similar
- Proven experience leading consulting services or product delivery, ideally within a social impact or for-purpose environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with extensive experience within a consulting business environment
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to turn customer pain points into new products and services.
- Superior client relationship management skills
- Confident communicator with experience engaging external partners and representing an organisation publicly.
