This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow MSWA's philanthropy and fundraising program.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, Partnerships and Events, you will be responsible for driving sustainable income growth across major gifts , gifts in wills , trusts and foundations , and fundraising campaigns .
You'll lead a small team , build meaningful relationships with donors , and help grow a donor-centric culture that delivers long-term impact.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on fundraising . You'll have the opportunity to influence future fundraising growth, strengthen supporter engagement to inspire support for more people living with MS and other Neurological Conditions.
How you'll make a difference
- Lead and deliver MSWA's strategy
across philanthropy and fundraising
- Grow income across major gifts, gifts in wills, trusts and foundations
- Manage and develop
the Individual Giving Specialist and Philanthropy Specialist
- Build and strengthen relationships
with donors, supporters and key stakeholders
- Oversee fundraising campaigns
, appeals and supporter journeys
- Use data, reporting and CRM insights to drive fundraising performance and growth
A relationship-focused fundraising leader who enjoys building strong teams , developing strategy and creating meaningful donor experiences .
You'll be someone who can think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to build relationships, identify opportunities and deliver results.
This role is a great fit if you have worked across Major Gifts/Major Donors, Trust & Foundations, Corporate Partnerships, or Mass Market Fundraising.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and philanthropy
- Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies
- Proven people leadership experience
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using CRM systems to manage donor relationships, pipeline activity and reporting
- Lead a broad and diverse fundraising portfolio
