We are seeking a People Systems Specialist to support the administration, optimisation, and ongoing performance of our People & Culture systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
This role plays a key part in ensuring systems are effectively supporting people processes, delivering high-quality workforce data, and enhancing the employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Performance)
- Manage system configuration, workflows, permissions and access controls
- Coordinate system updates and release cycles
- Provide first-line support to users, troubleshooting system issues and improving system utilisation
- Identify and implement system and process improvements
- Manage data integrity, reporting and analytics across People & Culture systems
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business insights
- Collaborate with ICT, Payroll and external vendors on system enhancements
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs and user guides
- Support data governance, risk and compliance requirements
You are a detail-oriented and technically capable HR systems professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS)
- Strong data management, reporting and analytical capability
- Experience with system configuration and role-based permissions
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS integrations, data migration and system improvements
- Confidence working with employee data and maintaining data accuracy
