Join a leading Sydney university and play a key role in a major project. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator with HR and Higher Education expertise to make a real impact.
About the role:
You’ll provide critical coordination support across organisational change projects, ensuring smooth delivery of activities from planning through to implementation. This includes managing documentation, tracking progress, and supporting consultation processes. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and collaboration are key.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate project activities, maintain trackers and templates, and manage documentation to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Organise and support meetings, consultations, and staff engagement sessions, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate HR-related change processes, including offboarding activities and workforce transition support.
- Proven experience in project coordination within HR and ideally Higher Education settings.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and excellent interpersonal skills to navigate sensitive conversations.
- Eligibility: Candidates must have full Australian working rights
- Contract: 6 months +
- Location: Sydney CBD (4 days onsite)
- Start: Mid January
