  • $70,000 per annum + super (casual rate) 
Beaumont People is proud to be partnering with a well-regarded organisation in the search for an People & Culture Officer to join their collaborative team in a temporary capacity. 

This is a hands-on role supporting the employee lifecycle while playing a key role in employee engagement, workplace culture and internal event coordination. The successful candidate will be a confident administrator, skilled relationship builder and highly organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality HR administration support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage onboarding activities and deliver an exceptional new starter experience.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems remain accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to employee and manager enquiries, providing first-level HR support.
  • Assist with employment documentation, contract variations and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, service awards and internal communications.
  • Develop and distribute monthly staff communications and newsletters.
  • Coordinate monthly staff engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Manage the internal events calendar, including vendor liaison, logistics and budget tracking.
  • Support recruitment administration, interview coordination and onboarding processes.
  • Provide general office coordination and administrative support as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources or HR Administration role.
  • Experience coordinating internal staff events, employee engagement programs or workplace culture initiatives.
  • Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
  • A proactive, organised and service-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Please note some travel to their alternate office on the Gold Coast may be required for staff events.
