- Full Time Hours, Monday to Friday
- $70,000 per annum + super (casual rate)
This is a hands-on role supporting the employee lifecycle while playing a key role in employee engagement, workplace culture and internal event coordination. The successful candidate will be a confident administrator, skilled relationship builder and highly organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality HR administration support across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage onboarding activities and deliver an exceptional new starter experience.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Respond to employee and manager enquiries, providing first-level HR support.
- Assist with employment documentation, contract variations and HR reporting.
- Coordinate employee recognition initiatives, service awards and internal communications.
- Develop and distribute monthly staff communications and newsletters.
- Coordinate monthly staff engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives.
- Manage the internal events calendar, including vendor liaison, logistics and budget tracking.
- Support recruitment administration, interview coordination and onboarding processes.
- Provide general office coordination and administrative support as required.
- Previous experience in a People & Culture, Human Resources or HR Administration role.
- Experience coordinating internal staff events, employee engagement programs or workplace culture initiatives.
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
- A proactive, organised and service-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and HR systems.
