We are seeking an HR/P&C professional who is looking for their next career step at an established organisation in the NFP sector.

You will work alongside an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support with projects such as talent acquisition, team structure analysis and strategy development, alongside other HR administration tasks.

This is a 4 day a week role (Mon – Thurs) where the successful candidate will be required to be present in the office full-time.

In return you will be given the opportunity to grow your experience, with the aim to develop into an HR Business Partner role in the future.

To apply for the role you need:
  • Solid experience in an HR or P&C role (at Assistant/Coordinator level)
  • ‘End to end’ Talent Acquisition experience
  • Knowledge of Australian HR legislation and practices
  • The desire to grow into a Business Partner role
  • HR Analysis experience (Desirable)
  • To be immediately available and keen for a 3-6 month role initially
  • Full working rights (Sorry no holiday visas)
