About the Role
We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to lead and deliver highโ€‘quality HR support across the organisation.
  
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a trusted advisor and oversee People initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role in shaping culture, strengthening capability, and supporting organisational success.
   
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and oversee all HR activities including workforce culture, retention, recruitment, performance management
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Oversee learning and development programs to build capability across the organisation
  • Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and support strategic workforce planning
  • Manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting to support informed decisionโ€‘making
  • Lead HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, Awards, and HR best practice
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders across the organisation
About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:
  • Have demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist
  • Demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist or People & Culture Business Partner
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience leading change management and organisational development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and HR compliance requirements
