About the Role:
A new opportunity has become available for a professional Human Resources Business Partner to join a highly respected University in North Sydney. The role will encompass all aspects of Human Resources Management and is to begin immediately until the end of the year.
About you:
To be successful you will have demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably within Higher Education, with a broad expertise across the end-to-end employment lifecycle. Someone who is proficient in workforce management practices and has a solid understanding of the Australian regulatory environment.

- Work alongside the 3 other HRBP's to support the functionality of the department.
- Provide HR guidance across the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Provide workforce data analysis to understand patterns, trends and emerging needs.
- Supporting the delivery of People & Culture initiatives and projects.
- Performance and behavioral management.
- Develop strong relationships within internal and external teams.
