About the role
Join a growing organisation within their Finance team. Run a biweekly payroll for over 500 staff.
- Shortโterm contract running from now until end of June.
- Knowledge of Meridian payroll system is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with manual payroll processes, spreadsheets, and internal workarounds is beneficial.
- Understanding of key awards: Health Professionals Award • Nurses Award
- Experience with doctors’ billings and related processing is helpful (though much is handled in the background).
- Organisation is expanding into 7โdayโaโweek service models, increasing payroll complexity.
- Current systems are undergoing major upgrades this year, adding transition workload.
- Manual workarounds are currently impacting payroll efficiency.
Essential Requirements
You will value collaboration and communication and enjoy working in a team environment. Transformation will excite you, as well as the opportunity to rebuild efficient processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in awards.
- Experience across the Meridian CRM.
- Experience with complex financial information systems.
- Exceptional skills using Microsoft Excel
