About the role
As the Payroll Project Specialist, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a major payroll system implementation. • Identifying risks, anomalies and opportunities for process improvement
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supporting training and change activities for payroll and system users
About you

  • Strong knowledge of Awards, Enterprise Agreements, NES and payroll legislation
  • Solid understanding of fringe benefits, salary sacrificing and related processes
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problemโ€‘solving skills
Desirable:
  • Experience in a membershipโ€‘based or notโ€‘forโ€‘profit organisation
  • Experience implementing payroll, time & attendance or rostering systems
